Sewing Drawers!

I have a bunch of vintage sewing drawers that I’ve collected and I was looking for uses for them that would help with storage and display around our nest.
How about using them as plate storage or display racks in the kitchen?

You could paint them any color to match your decor and even attach whimsical drawer pulls.  They are hung using simple L brackets drilled into the wall and then underneath the drawer, along the edge.

Or how about using a sewing drawer as a picture ledge?

We added this one to the gallery wall in our living room and I just love it.  I can change up what’s displayed without having to remove nails or without having to create new holes!

I simply turned it upside down . . . (hung with L brackets)

. . . and voila!  A picture ledge!

By the way, that picture frame is one of the items I made for my sale next weekend :-)  I have a quite a few ready to sell with different colors and patterns!

Thank you for reading!

XOXO
Laura
