Transformation Tuesday Link Party – August 21, 2012

I apologize for the lack of project posts lately.  Life in our nest has been quite chaotic since our newest addition arrived.  I can barely find time to take a shower these days, let alone get a project done.  I have a gazillion projects going in my head and my “to do” list grows longer every day so once I start working on them, I’ll probably have enough lined up to blog about for a year.  No joke.

But even if I can’t get a project done right now, you sure are working hard out there!  Take a look:

Anne at Design Dreams brilliantly turned a $5 door she scored at a yard sale into a headboard.
It looks fantastic, doesn’t it?

Susan over at Must Love Junk (love that blog name) shared a little bit about her and
pictures from around her home.  These suitcases had me at hello!

Stacey from Embracing Change turned a dark and drab dresser into this red beauty.
I think the dresser looks happier now, don’t you agree?

And I fell in love with the story of this old pot shared by Courtenay at The Creek Line House.
That’s one of the reasons I cherish antiques is because of their history and the stories they would share if they  could.  This pot was certainly cherished by its previous owner and
how wonderful that you’re giving it an equally loved new home, Courtenay.
